Three days ago I began this program. I would like to communicate with others but don't know how. Can someone help me?

If you click "Forums" in the top left of the website, you will see a list of sections to click on where you can open threads like the one here depending on the subject of your post. By program, do you mean 40-day Structured Educational Program or the general process of recovering from TMS? For the SEP, there is a specific section devoted to it while a number of other sections exist for other issues relating to TMS.

    Hi @nancy
You just posted, so you did it absolutely correctly.
Find the forum you want to post under.
To the upper right you will find a blue box that says "post a new thread in this forum" and click that.
In the yellow box, type the title of your thread.
In the box below that, add whatever it is you want to say, then go ahead and click on "create thread".

You have to click on "All Subforums" on the menu bar, then choose one to find that blue box and start a new thread. It is NOT intuitive!
