Day 8 I completed week 1

    I am very excited that I completed week 1. During this time I have meditated and done 30 minutes of yoga a day...even doing handstands. I have started training for a 5k and I jog every other day and have only missed 1 day. I had 2 days with some head pain and it did make me feel down and even stressed that I had any pain at all. But today as I write this I feel great and feel VERY accomplished that I successfully completed my first week. Thank you to everyone who has replied to my posts. You keep me going and I hope I have done the same for others!

    I think this feeling must be so nice. Congratulations!!!! You know the path is rarely linear. It takes a steadfast practice, and it seems you're doing the important work.

    Remember this success if you have doubts or struggles later on, to keep you motivated during any challenges. The fact that you have improved so quickly is great evidence that your symptoms are TMS. Keep up the good work!
