I can't do many things due to my mind feeling burnout and or tired.

    I can't seem to focus well and get mentally tired after little time of thinking and or being in front of a pc. Even if I try to push myself sometimes I would get more exhausted.
    I sleep plenty but still want naps.
    should I push myself and just think it's tms or when the exhaustion hits ill take breaks?
