We know that rage can produce negative symptoms with TMS.

I have a lot of rage which I am beginning to express (I loathe expressing rage, but apparently keeping it in is negative, too).

I am terrified this rage is going to generate bad symptoms or something nastier.

Please "convince your brain" that feeling rage is safe, it is not dangerous because "good people" will almost NEVER engage in unsocial, violent conducts despite feeling rage.
And you are "good people", otherwise you would have no TMS pain/symptoms !
