Hypersensitive Nerve - central sensitization after a fall

I had a bad fall 7 months ago, and I am still left with sciatic pain, muscle cramping and a very hypersensitive sciatic nerv that gets triggered and flares constantly. The fall happened in a time when I was already really stressed, MRI shows herniation (I had it before) and I know there was a real injury! I believe this could be TMS! No therapy has helped so far (acupuncture, chiro, pt, injections....) but I feel my anxiety is now taking over! This constant pain cycle keeps my anxiety so high (and I know they feed each other). I find it so hard to break this, as I have to take care of my kids and there is so much momevent and stress involved! Can hypersensitive nerves be TMS?

Oh yes, it can be TMS to be sure. Correlates with PTSD too.
