    Hey everyone -

Spam. It's a constant and still-growing scourge upon the enjoyment and beneficial use of the internet by normal people.

If a post doesn't seem quite right, go ahead and click on the Report button at the bottom of it.

A moderator will be happy to take a look, and if it's determined to be legitimate, no harm done!

Here's a weird but apparently common technique: someone signs up and immediately makes a rather bland and also slightly "off" post on a thread. The post is made to sound sympathetic and relatable - but it also misses the point re TMS. A short time later a second post appears, recommending a product or service, such as a dental clinic, or maybe a product like CBD, or even weirder stuff. I saw one today for plastic surgery. And of course there's a hyperlink, but who knows where it really goes.

Just click on "Report". Chances are your instincts are perfectly good, and the user will be banned, and all content deleted.
