I think I am quite introspective. Nevertheless, I am not good at meditation. I find sitting meditations sooo difficult. I convinced myself that a good hike or qi gong or yoga are a great replacement for meditation, but my TMS eradication process has been disappointingly slow (yes, I know, Steve Ozanich spent 15 month, but my 2.5 months seem like eternity), so I started thinking maybe I need to really learn how to meditate the way the gurus do. Maybe it is my untamed anxiety that keeps me from meditating properly? Any advice, good people of TMS forum?
