I can't think straight, I can't work for hours without feeling depleted most of the times, I have a hard time talking with people and even hearing sounds. I lose interest fast in stuff.

Is this tms? how To deal with burnout?

This is your nervous system in overdrive, it’s not burn out. Dr Hanscom calls it agitation.
For me, getting more in touch with my emotions and also taking time to check out - meditate (for about an hour) helped.
Are you doing TMS work? Self-discovery, unhooking your brain etc? Eating healthy, getting sleep?
Dr. Hanscom explores other great ways to help regulate your nervous system. Regulation takes time. My brain fog and inattention faded but I am still very aware of loud or jarring sounds.

thanks for sharing the info. TBH, I'm spending a lot of time in the internet trying to find a way to fix it and possibly not even doing much TMS.

when doing TMS should I just do what I can without thinking im burnout?
