I’m an overthinker with a tired mind. I depend on people most of the time and I want to take responsabilities. My mind is too tired to make decisions. Im obsess with content creation as well and diagnosed with ocd.

I’m tired of going to psychologist to find the “correct” one. What do you guys recommend? Do we need anti depressions and psychologists for our tired mind?

Well, join the club. As someone with OCD tendencies, I have two ways of calming down my OCD:
1. Find a distraction from the obsession de jour. A walk, an exercise, Meg Ryan & Tom Hanks comedy, cooking something new etc
2. Bring the overall temperature down in the brain by meditating regularly and being mindful about recognizing OCD tendencies
Both methods work slowly, but they do work!!!

Meditation has helped but recently have found it really hard due to pain. Meditation sort of brings every sense up a notch. Definitely just focusing on feelings of anxiety separate from their thoughts . When you have a compulsion or obsessive thought just focus on the anxiety or feeling attached to it (body feeling)

I just tend to focus on the past and future so much!

Mmm! It's hard work and I find I need to do it most days but specialist CBT for OCD can be really empowering. After over 50 years of OCD I realise that pretty much all of my thinking processes have 'danger' notices fixed to them. After all those millions of reinforcements to my negative spirals of thinking it is really not surprising if I find myself working hard and having to attach 'safe' notices over and over, day after day to regain some sort of balance.
