What to do when pain is severe and unbearable ?
No pain medicine is working. How to get through day when you even can't concentrate even on your thoughts when pain is severe and continuous ? Is there any quick way to reduce pain temporarily ?

I wish I could help more but some of these you just have to endure and know that that, this too, will be temporary.

When we lose the fear, symptoms start to recede. The tms strategy is rendered useless and the brain lets go of its grip. By addressing the root cause, we reverse the strategy. Anything that focuses on symptoms only perpetuates the tms. If you need meds to help with anxiety or sleep for now, there's nothing wrong with that imo. It can help your mood and ability to reason.
