Day 25 how I am doing so far

Right now, I'm considering revision eyelid surgery because I've had discomfort whenever I open my eyes for a long time.

I've been spending a lot of time researching surgeons who are skilled at this procedure, but the deeper I get into it, the more stressed and discouraged I become. It often feels like it's very difficult to find a doctor who truly puts the patient's well-being first.

I've also noticed that when I become consumed by this issue, I start feeling pain around my eyes. I'm beginning to realize that constantly obsessing over it isn't bringing me any peace, so I've decided to take a break from researching revision surgery for now.

As for my overall progress, I can't say I've noticed any major changes yet. However, I have been practicing becoming more aware of my emotions as they arise. Instead of automatically linking my discomfort (the constant pressure in my head) with fear, I'm trying to notice those fearful thoughts and let them pass without getting caught up in them.

I'm also making a conscious effort to notice whenever I become impatient, rather than letting that impatience take over.
