How does Fear show up in the body usually?

    How and where does fear show up in the body?

    personally i believe fear is at the very core of TMS so i think it could show up pretty much anywhere in the body. anxiety and fatigue in particular.

    Fear = the "fight or flight" response. Google "long term fight or flight" for this question. The first hit I got is an excellent article from the Mayo Clinic which states, among other things:

    "The long-term activation of the stress response system and the overexposure to cortisol and other stress hormones that follows can disrupt almost all your body's processes. This puts you at increased risk of many health problems..."​
