My greetings to all members.
I have told my story in other posts, but in short, from a period of pain, dizziness, migraines, fatigue, many diagnosis etc, I had come to a level where all my symptoms began to fade or extinguish, by making changes in my life, way of thinking etc.
But... last summer I had my menstrual every 16-18 days. I had all the appropriate exams to the gyn( pap, hormones etc) , who could not give a logical explanation, he only told me there is an hormonal imbalance. I had my theroyd tested and everything seemed to be normal.
I am 39. I wonder... is it perimenopause? ( I feel it is very early for me and dangerous for health. In addition my mother went menopausal at around 45).I am afraid of it, because it is said it is accompanied with health problems and it is symbol of "old women".
Is it symptom imperative, because I confronted every other symptom?
Is it the consumption of food/water contained in plastic bottles etc, which is known to cause hormonal imbalance to women?
Besides, having menstrual so frequently has become exhausting, mood swings, pain, fatigue etc.
Would be grateful for any enlightenment.
