Hi all, I need a way forward!

Hello all,
I am new here and figuring out how to utilize this website.
I am one of those miracle stories you've heard about. I went from non functioning with lightheadedness and dizziness and feeling of faint, to complete recovery within a week.
The pain did travel to my neck and back though, and I can't seem to get rid of it.
Any ideas?
 
i have read Dr. Sarno's first book, I've also spent lots of hours and days researching TMS and the entire mind/body connection concept. I bought into it completely since I do have a hefty dose of personal stresses. And it worked. I got rid of the dizziness. But now what do I do with the shoulder and neck pain? I know its phycological, but I don't know what to do next...

It is a WEALTH of information! Scroll down and you'll see two free programs (you choose one to follow to the end, slowly, day by day ) and you can find success stories too.
Once you continue to "buy into it" - (Yay you!) you are already doing great and have had some success. If you find that "personal stresses" are your challenge, the SEP Structured Educational Program - the longer program might be great for you. It will build your skills in dealing with stressors by helping you recognize how and why you focus on them through journaling, suggest ways of disconnecting from your busy brain (journalling can help, so does meditation), teach you how to begin exposing yourself to things you once found less tolerable including your emotional world, help you reframe your self-talk and much more.
