The instructions said post, so post I will. I feel pretty confident that TMS is at the root of my back pain, but sometimes I kinda forget, and I need to remind myself. So, I keep reading about it, and I keep watching videos. I'm somewhat chaotic, so I hope the structured approach here will help me. How did I get here? My physio more or less has this approach, even though he never mentions TMS or anything related. Still, he wants me to feel my emotions, etc, and by googling some of the things he says, I found this site. It all makes sense to me now! Curious and hopeful and open-minded.
