So I’m working a night shift right now, waiting for a call and thinking about my back pain as I usually do haha. I found a really good article that helped put my mind at ease a bit with a strong dose of science. It has some great tips in there and it is very much on the same page as TMS, even though they don’t mention it at all. I hope this is helpful for someone!

Our backs our strong. No fear. Take care everyone!

I quoted the part of the article that is best. The website has a lot of ads so this will be easier to read.
