    Hello Sir,

I am suffering from chronic prostatatitis and epididymitis pain with middle back pain from 2 years.

How can I use TMS for my problem. I am new to TMS.

Can You give us summary or shortcut program in easyway to immediate start/practice TMS?

I am reading your website but it is large to read all things.

Can you help us practice TMS in easy way?

    Thanks and Regards.

The fastest way to practice TMS healing is to follow Dr. Sarno's 12 Daily Reminders
    which I will list below.

You also can read about them in Internet searches by that name.

The main thing is, you have to believe 100 percent that your pain is psychological,
from repressed emotions that may likely go back to your childhood.
Think about those years to learn what the emotions were that you have been repressing.

There is rarely a quick and easy way to heal from TMS. It could take time and effort,
but will be well worth it.

1.The pain is due to TMS,not to a structural abnormality
2.The direct reason for the pain is mild oxygen deprivation
3.TMS is a harmless condition caused by my repressed emotions
4.The principal emotion is my repressed ANGER
5.TMS exists only to distract my attentions from the emotions
6.Since my back is basically normal there is nothing to fear
    7.Therefore,physical activity is not dangerous
8.And I MUST resume all normal physical activity
9.I will not be concerned or intimidated by the pain
10.I will shift my attention from pain to the emotional issues
11.I intend to be in control-NOT my subconscious mind
12.I must think Psychological at all times,NOT physical or structural.
