Thus far I have had a significant pain reduction since starting this program. I’ve had entirely pain free days.
Yesterday I was upset though over some of the emotions I have been uncovering and had a mild pain flare up which was incredibly disappointing. I knew to expect some during the program but it was still hard to feel that pain again.
I felt my first real feelings of anger for the first time in a long time, however and that was amazing.
