Have you done Nicole Sach's "Freedom From Chronic Pain" course? Would be grateful for any reviews

    Has anyone done Nicole Sach's "Freedom From Chronic Pain" course? If so, I'd be very grateful to know what you thought of it.

    I'm considering doing Nicole's course, but I'm hesitating because it costs 295 USD (£233). (If you'd rather not give a review on the public forum, I'd be grateful if you'd consider private messaging me instead.)

    I already have Nicole's book and I'm working my way through listening to her podcasts plus I've watched her YouTube videos and I'm now doing her 'JournalSpeak' for 20 minutes a day, but I thought it might be good for me to have some additional structure as I understand that the course also has daily exercises, but I don't know what they might be like.

    Hey @BloodMoon, in Nicole Sachs' most recent episode, her guest Alice speaks about her experience doing the program. Alice's has a very compelling story, and Nicole explains a bit about JournalSpeak and why she recommends doing it the way she does. It's another great episode, as almost all of them are IMHO :)
