Hi all, I have been traveling for the last three weeks, and basically since I left, my symptoms have gradually gotten worse again. They're still not as bad as they were, and I am constantly reaffirming things like this, however, I think I stressed out about everything. I have started in the last week to get back onto the program, but I guess I am finding it a bit more difficult this time around. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this?
