Hi,
I was diagnosed with hashimoto thyroiditis. My blood values are still ok, beside my auto imune ones, anti-tg, and anti-microssomas . I have 4 nodules, being the biggest one with 2.7 mm. I went to a endocrinologist, whish didn't gave me any medicine and said I was fine.
The problem is that, I have this globus sensation that increased exponentially, because I didn't know what I had, and start chasing, and digging. My stress levels and my fear Increased to the point Im having trouble sleeping . I have this sensation of something stuck in my throat, if someone trying to smother me with his hands. It eases when I cry, or when I'm more relaxed.
I ask, namely to hashimoto suffers if they have the same Globus feeling? And nausea, as I feel my Larinx being compressed by my thyroid. Looking at my neck, it doesn't look swallon, although ia says that my values are of a slightly enlarged thyroid, right lobe, 49 X 19 X 27 compared to one ecograhy that I did 15 years ago, 44x22x 16.
"The thyroid dimensions of 49 x 19 x 27 mm (length x anteroposterior x width) are generally within or slightly above the normal adult range for a single lobe. "
My stress levels and fear are up the scale. I always had this hysterical personality.
Could this all be TMS? Unconscient Muscle tension in the neck? Because sometimes I feel better. Does the thyroid swollen and unswollen so fast? Like muscle tightness/relaxation?
This choking sensation, also changes when I move my head. Or pick something from the ground other times it's ok.
Louise hay says thyroid problems are linked to not thrusting in life, the feeling of perform or else, fear of not being good enough, of loosing the ones you live. I feel this every time. I love alone.
Thanks a lot
