I was introduced to this video by my partner who suffers from general anxiety. It really helped to calm the anxiety. We watched the 8 minute version, and afterward I found that the TMS super sharp pain in my right foot was gone. This was the first time in over 5 months that my foot was pain free, just a little numb (I am also recovering from foot drop). Since that day, about three weeks ago, I simply meditate every morning while playing the music. My condition has improved so much that I am walking miles with my new dog when, just weeks ago, I could barely walk around the block. Hopefully this will help others!
