My advice is to dump it all in a journal when desperation hits—instead of on the forums. It's private, so there's no frustrating the well-meaning responders whose suggestions you've already decided not to take.

EMDR is not for a specific event, nor is it a treatment for chronic pain.
However, I think you would really benefit from having someone you trust to sit with you as you work through your emotions, not just sadness but anger and rage. You mention deep and hurtful things that you've experienced and I think you'd benefit from someone who can help you through them.
EMDR may be of great benefit, but most important is forging a trusting relationship with your therapist and guide so that you will feel safe as you expose such vulnerable emotions. Having someone there beside you can help you feel safe in letting these things go.
I also think you need to do this without any expectation at all except to be open giving yourself permission to explore those emotions fully. Is this to "magically heal" - no, but it will clear the way for you to really be willing to do the work. To work through a program, to read a few TMS books and to get a much better understanding of TMS. That is exactly what EMDR did for me.
At this time, I feel like your mind isn't allowing you to really understand and get a full concept of what the work and mindset is that is needed to do the work and the honesty and vulnerability it takes.
Many of the folks on this forum have asked you very specific questions and you've not answered them at all - avoided them - have you read a book by Dr. Sarno have you done a TMS program...these are things you NEED to do to heal. You must understand that this is not blame. TMS tries to keep you safe from doing all the work and from exploring deep emotions - that's exactly it's mechanism: to keep you safe from feeling hard things.
But to heal, you must and those hard things are NOT the symptoms, they are all the other mental and emotional things you work though. Once you can do that, you will have begun to teach your mind what it is to truly tolerate things that are uncomfortable and then you can begin to work with the symptoms. Every single person on this forum has been there. Many people have given you advice which you have ignored, not out of spite but because of the fear of having to do the hard work. When you begin to do that hard work you have begun to stop being a victim to the symptoms, the circumstances of your life, the pain and the emotions. That is when it gets easier.
