    I hope all of you have had a Thanksgiving Day full of laughter and happiness.

    I want you to know how much inspiration I get from reading your stories.

    You have chosen to heal yourselves simply through the power of your thoughts. You continue to challenge your own beliefs of how we heal. You do this despite a Western medical establishment that marginalizes any attempt to explain healing from a purely mind-body approach.

    You move forward, relentlessly, with belief in your heart that YOU WILL SUCCEED in eliminating your pain.

    And you DO succeed.

    All of you represent the very essence of human spirit, resilience and strength.

    Please don't ever forget this.
