its been little over a year since i have been doing the work....no closer to being pain free or reduction of pain, in contrary pain as become worse and more wide spread . I consider this a success and maybe turning the corner on my journey. To all that havent reach pain free or a reduction dont quit stay the course try to enjoy some of the things you love especially when you have discormfort. There is light in the distance keep moving towards it.

Happy New Year

Happy New Year to all my fellow tmser's

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10

“Peace is what I leave with you; it is my own peace that I give you. I do not give it as the world does. Do not be worried and upset; do not be afraid.” John 14:27

I've been away from this wiki for about a year, but got blindsided by a neuroma two weeks ago. This morning I looked it up in Sarno's book healing back pain, and there it was on p.117-- the culprit is TMS!
I've had tons of success in this program, but it never fails to amaze me how many ways TMS can manifest itself in my body!
Blessings for a healthy, happy 2016 everyone.
