Great music for a mantra

    Hey All,

    I've incorporated a daily exercise as I go to work. I say the mantra that Walt has emphasized a lot on the forum to myself ("You are getting better everyday"). I also listen to this music while saying it to myself: .

    It's an Andrew Bird song called Dissent. It's all instrumental and very soothing to listen to as I say the mantra to myself. To me, the song screams "You are worthy" and "You are ok" as I listen to it. It's helped me considerably as I go to work. It also gives me hope that I truly am getting better. Anyway, hope some of you will use this as part of your daily mantra.
