Hi, Stef. Thanks for sharing this article. It really applies to TMS theory.
I especially think the section on fear applies to many people who post on the forums.
I'd like to share the thoughts of Eckhardt Tolle, the German-born spiritual lecturer and author now living in Canada, who is considered to be one of the most influential spiritually influential people in the world. His books are worldwide best-sellers such as The Power of Now and A New Earth.
Says Tolle on fear: '"Fear seems to have many causes. Fear of loss, fear of failure, fear of being hurt, and so on, but ultimately all fear is the ego's fear of death, of annihilation. To the ego, death is always just around the corner. In this mind-identified state, fear of death affects every aspect of your life.
Is fear preventing you from taking action? Acknowledge the fear, watch it, take your attention into it, be fully present with it. Doing so cuts the link between the fear and your thinking. Don't let the fear rise up into your mind. Use the power of the Now. Fear cannot prevail against it."
