Hi all I have a question.
I am currently on day 23 of the SEP and really enjoying it, I'm not doing it every day as I am trying to approach this without putting pressure on myself !!
I have also read Alan Gordons the way out I may re-read as it such an easy read and I'm sure ill take more in the 2nd time around.
I've also read/ worked through the 21 day program
However i often find tools and podcast easier to digest and tools I can use is what helps me most( always been a learner by doing not reading)
I've listened to all of the AG podcast tell me about your pain - I love him and find his voice and use of humor always lifts my mood.
I've listen to some of the cure for chronic pain - Nicole Sachs pod cast
    and some of
Like mind, Like body (curable) podcasts
I'm wondering what peoples thoughts on the curable app are ? It sounds like it might contain more tools - ways to help regulate my nervous system on it that I don't currently have - I do like some structure and a plan it actually helps reduce my anxiety that I have only just discovered I actually have ( so bloody suppressed).
I will just stick to the SEP for now as I don't want to overload myself but as a future tool.. Have people used it and found it helpful ?

I believe a few people have used the Curable app and really liked it. I haven't tried but I would trust it as it is backed by Alan Gordon, Dr. Howard Schubiner, Dr. David Hanscom, and other prominent figures in mindbody.

I think you have the right mindset. Stick with the SEP for not as to now overload and put pressure on yourself. Most people have started with the SEP and then moved to other tools as needed. See where the SEP takes you first. Good luck.

I'll weigh in on the other side, I'm not a fan of Curable and cancelled my subscription. I paid for a year and there were only 24 education lessons before it said there were no more. Now there are other things, like meditation, brain retraining, and writing, but if you prefer a structure or a plan telling you what to do each day, you won't care for it, as it's very choose your own adventure.

They do offer various live sessions now for free as opposed to charging extra before, that wasn't something I was interested in but it's more of a value add.

I tried Curable as well and while I did like it-I didn't use it much. I felt like there was better tools out for me. I did like the meditations that it provided and I liked that was various ways to help with your pain (visualizations, panic attack timers, and meditations). But I ended up canceling it cause I would forget to use it. If you can find a trial offer, it's definitely worth it to check it out first before paying.
