Gigalos
Beloved Grand Eagle
(Don't know if this has been posted before, but the forum search revealed no results, so...)
Last night I saw this documentary on Dutch television.

It is a beautiful documentary about the work of psychologist Richard Davidson, who in this film does research on the employment of mindfulness and breathing techniques on a group of young children with ADHD and a group of Iraq-veterans suffering with PTSD, to see if it helps them to get more grip on their emotions.
Personally I loved the doc, I even shed a tear. Not that is filmed with that purpose, thanks to the scientific approach it has become a pretty down-to-earth film, but to see the 5-year old Will finally ride an elevator that normally gave him anxiety attacks was wonderful.
I can't find any link to the video other than this one, sorry for the Dutch subtitles. Enjoy...
