Day 7 Flare up

So I got really well restarting SEP. Starting at 80-90% and achieving 100% better within a few days. Got symptom imperative with skin issues in hands a few days back. Then when I woke up I had big flare up of pain in hip/leg/back. I´m like "Fuck no, I´m not buying this". Brain rebelling against the work and want me to continue having TMS so "save me". Spent more or less a day on watching the Sarno lecture, reading a bit in Healing back pain and watching some other TMS videos. Now I´m back to no pain today, feeling quite mobile and loose in my hips.

At the same time I´m feeling very uneasy in my body emotionally. I feel scared and sad. Tried to journal a bit what it is about, no clue. Happy I can turn around the flare ups quickly though.

Great. And you don’t have to figure out why you’re feeling a certain way. That’s not the goal. Feel it. Accept it. Resume activities.

I agree. Deep things are not always fine to just "feel" though. You need the body response, release. Like crying when sad, screaming when angry or similar. I´m not fully sure about fear. Many animals shake it off, literally. Maybe also being courageous and do the scary and being fine. Something to think about
