Find a Skype TMS doctor or a doctor close from Montreal

I am currently suffering frmo TMS and I would like to talk to a specialist but I havn't have the chance since none live close form Montreal. Does anyone know any doctor close from montreal or will work directly on Skype (for the first meeting also)

Does Ottawa work? Not a TMS doctor per se but he wrote a book on pain of psychogenic origin as I recall.
