Hi! I really need your advice. Few days ago i really accepted the fact that my pain is TMS. All of my medical tests are perfectly fine. I did them a lot of times.

Since the time i gave up all of the facebook groups(even TMS groups) , ruminating about the pain, talking about it with my family, Since then I got SO MANY SYMPTOMS old one and new I have pelvic pain, headache, eye pain, ear pain, jaw , back (its changing place in the back all the time), knees- one time right other left, wrists! ...

But was able to have one hour very intensive training on the gym then mostly headache and eye pain was bothering me. Anyone can relate to that? Would really, really appreciate your answers. I think just need more confidence to keep going...

This sounds normal, increased symptoms, and new symptoms are signs that your brain trying to fight back, and it is proof of TMS. Being able to go to the gym is more proof. What day of the SEP are you on? And how many Success Stories have you read, as was recommended to you?

Oh I started being obsessed with reading them I spend whole day reading it. Day 4

There you go. Your fearful brain does not want you to read success stories and become hopeful, so it gives you worse symptoms to make you fearful again.

Just talk to your brain, tell it you are safe and it's okay if you don't have pain. And keep going!
