Female problems...0

Hello all. I started having some left sided pelvic pain in December and have known I’ve been stuck in fight or flight for years. My doctor (aside from thinking I’m nuts!) did find a small polyp and I have myself convinced of the worst. I’ve even noticed my body (female parts) doing weird things related to strange mucous and spotting which I have myself even more convinced. I guess my question is, can these stress response brain disorders act on this level of a body? Or is it only pain?
