When I was younger, I ran into a glass panel and smashed it by mistake. In an ambulance, I was taken to the hospital for sutures. Because of the accident, I'm finding it tough to get inspired to go running. I persuade myself not to do it. It's like I'm having obsessive thoughts about my horrible memories. I have a few excellent sports recollections, but I don't become very active while I'm with my family. I am having a fear of getting wounded and my past suture experience haunts me with bad memories. How can I overcome this?
