"How long did it take until completely went away?"
Completely is a really perfectionist goal. How about something more manageable, that takes away a lot of the stress and self-pressure to stop feeling normal and natural sensations?
Reminding ourselves that our bodies are living, breathing things that feel sensations that we like and maybe don't like but are absolutely normal. The difference is how much we pay attention to those things, how much we let them bother us and take all our attention, worry and stress.
How long it takes for you to stop noticing and being hyper vigilant to the symptoms depends on your anxiety levels and your nervous system. If you are generating a lot of internal stress and anxiety, then it might take longer because you'll need to tackle the stress and anxiety too, by learning self-regulation.
It can take some time, but the best news is that TMS is completely harmless so you can go on living your life while you learn to soften towards things that make you uncomfortable like physical sensations, thoughts and emotions.
