Facet Joint Syndrome Pain Relief?

    Has anyone here whose pain was diagnosed as facet joint syndrome and whose MRIs showed cartilage worn away or absent between those joints succeeded in ridding themselves of this pain?

    I would be interested in hearing your story, if you care to share it (or link to wherever it may be located).
