Eye Issues, Crusty Eye

I have successfully eliminated multiple symptom of pain and dizziness by accepting the TMS diagnosis but now I have multiple eye issues like:-
1.Red Inflamed Veiny Eye
2.Itching, burning and gritting sensation in eye
3.Crusting of eyelash in the morning.
I visited multiple eye specialist and their eye drops not making any difference other then steroid. I know its TMS symptom imperative. Had anyone similar issue and successfully eliminated their symptoms.

I have the same issues with my eyes since 2017 and I'm unsure if they have gotten better over time or I just kind of stopped worrying about then so it became less of an issue to my other symptoms (chronic calf tightness, etc)

From what I've seen on here if you can cry tears without the help of drops then its most likely tms (especially since you've seen eye doctors about it and nothing can definitively be found. ) I would be interested in someone who has overcome this as well.

Hi Gartimir,
They prescribed many drops but nothing is working except steroid drops which you can't take for long term.

Be careful with steroids, it is really dangerous.
Try eye exercises. If you spend a lot on the computer it will be useful.

Unfortunately, not a doctor to advise something else: ( Perhaps the problem is in the mucous membrane and it does not work correctly for you, so the eyes dry quickly.

I'm really thinking this is the cause of my dry eyes ( I had a surgery to straighten my septum when I was about 16. After it I got non allergic rhinitis (tms?) It basically causes my nose to dry up which in theory could dry my sinus and eyes ? This is just a theory though and wouldn't put it past to be it to be tms.

Crusting decreased significantly as I stopped using any of the eye drops. But other problem remains the same.

Congratulations on your successes, Chandra!

Sounds like the symptom imperative to me. The proof lies in the fact that the docs don't know what's wrong, and that physical cures other than steroids don't do anything. It's significant that steroids do have some effect, because steroids are created to mimic the effect of certain hormones, and hormones are very connected to our nervous system.

You know what to do ;)

I bought some eyelid wipes specifically for wiping your eyes I'll trying them out and see if it helps. Also I bought some new eye drops that apprently help restore goblets in your eye they are called theatears they work alot better then the systane ultra ones I was using so far. Anyways

Thank You all for your response. As multiple eye drops I tried didn't work so I stopped all treatment. Further even I stopped reacting to different symptoms like intense itching, burning etc(it was very difficult though) and I convinced myself that it's TMS,gradually symptoms started to diminish and I am 90% OK. I'll post once I recovere 100%.

Any other tips other then what you mentioned ? And that's good to hear your symptoms are improving keep it at it !

I still get crusting in my eyes regardless if I stop using eye drops or not unless mine Is caused by my ac which can dry out your eyes

My air conditioner they dry out the air around them so that could be the cause or a contributing factor for my eyes drying out especially since mine are really bad in the morning (eye crusty , dryness, itching, etc) and at night. Also I think my dry eyes started not long after I got my ac so it's possible.

I still think it's TMS. Why AC doesn't cause someone else the same symptoms. I read many success stories of Blepharitis and Dry Eyes

Yeah I figured it is for sure along with my other tms symptoms over the last few years left leg tightness (calf, foot, etc), lower back pain (has gotten alot better), pelvic pain (pretty much gone) , tmj, tinnitus, other war issues,

I suspect my sinus issues also to be tms as I've had them since I got a surgery done on my septum (non allergic rhinitis) also I I've noticed a get tired easily although that could be from lack of sleep. My point is alot of my symptoms stem from anxiety and stress basically and I need to stop obsessing over every little thing thays going on in my body (eye floaters, joints cracking easily etc).
