In order to overcome your TMS pain you should to change
Your Mind. Your beliefs. Your perspective.
In order to ovrercome your TMS pain, you (an excellent human being) should mainly to change the BELIEF that having some «perverse» thoughts and feeling some «negative» emotions you are, in fact, a very «bad person» and you will have the worst and awful behaviour.... and will be depraved, antisocial and criminal. That deep belief is the trigger of the mechanism of repression/distraction/protection that your brain automatically, and far fron your will, activates and that could be probably the cause of your chronic (both permanent or intermitent) pain.
