Exercising it out!

    Quick question for you fine folks.

    So in my case I have a ton of trigger points and taut bands throughout. My question is, what kind of exercise should I start doing? Weight lifting or aerobic?

    If you have TMS you can do whatever you want within reason, taking into consideration what you have to work with--i.e., if you haven't run in a while, don't expect to break a four minute mile.

    Start slow, but the important thing is to start to all the activity you want. But start to slow and do a little more each day, week, month whatever you feel but DO IT.
