The last time I exercised or enjoyed physical activity was spring of 2017. I went to spin class and a cardio dance class. I felt invigorated, successful, healthy, and physically well. I felt happy, calm, at peace, and humming along. We stopped because husband didn't want to continue to go and we couldn't pay. I tried to find something online to do and wasn't successful at the time because of depression and all the times I felt well, I was spending time taking care of the kids. I am thankful I live in a complex now that offers a great fitness center, and that is a part of my healing goals and outline!
