Day 3 Exercise

    Hi all,

    I am responding to the below question:

    When was the last time you exercised or did another physical activity? What was this activity? How did it make you feel physically and emotionally? If it is has been a while since you last exercised, why?

    I actually am able to exercise quite a bit. My lower back pain comes really just from sitting more than two minutes or standing for a couple hours.

    The RSI in my hands and wrist would come just from using my phone, or computer keyboard and mouse.

    I exercised a few days ago, ran two miles - it feel very good. I want to try to exercise five times a week as I know it will help with blood flow.

    Attaboy, Douggie. Running two miles must have felt great and lifted your spirits. Exercising five days a week would be terrific.
