Exercise has always been my escape and consider myself very active. I am happy to say that I have been thankfully able to keep exercising throughout everything going on in my back and leg. Unfortunately, the exercises I have been doing are nothing compared to the running I have done for the past 10 years. I have been walking for 2 miles a day and lift weights. I WILL return to running soon along with adding swimming to cross train. I mentioned previously that I first noticed symptoms in May and in August was diagnosed with Piriformis and ITB Syndrome and a rotated pelvis. I feel like I'm making great progress already and hope to hit the pavement running in the next few days. I truly believe I can do it and am unleashing the fear.
