Day 2 Emotions

CFSUKguyhai

Newcomer
Three things that make me angry are:

Being spoken to disrespectfully
Being repeatedly let down on arrangements
Being treated dismissively

Three things that make me sad are:

Reflecting on loss
Missing out on fun activities and the fact I became used to it
War

Here's a challenge ! Pick a definite date - book the bike....
It doesn't matter if u ride half a mile and then push.... Or stop for coffee..... Just do it!
See the fat lady in my photo? She used a wheelchair for years - then she got on her bike and did it.... Lots of tears, lots of muscle rub.... Lots of pushing... But it works ....
You will feel pain, you will feel exhausted... But carry on...
I carried on... On Thursday I leave home to cycle round Scotland - on the 16th June is the 10 yr anniversary of me starting my tms journey....
You have started yours - don't give up - you will get there!! Good luck...
