There was no program specific for today so I just journaled.
Today I wanted to just journal with a positive attitude.
My entry was about embracing fatherhood and loving my children. My wife talked about a homeschool meeting where they discussed parenthood. I don't want to be a Dad that just survives parenthood, but is involved in my children's lives. When I arrive home my new mindset is to 'check in' into my children's lives and not just 'check out.' The whole journal entry just made me smile and very uplifting for me. Everything was positive inside it and just let it flow onto the paper.
