eating disorder. Anyone experience this?

A lot of the times I'm afraid to gain weight, eat outside of what I eat and just get scared when I see myself gaining weight and look at my body changing and then I might go back to where I was. I have been having low energy mentally and physically, don't know if it's due to this tho.

How can I accept changes? I'm scared also im 6'1-2'' weight 158.5

 

Perhaps in dealing with your emotions you might be able to recognize that your body will keep you at an appropriate weight when you stop dwelling on it.
Our bodies know exactly how to regulate. It's our minds (conscious and unconscious) that seem to get in the way.
