As I have started to practice not to add fear to symptoms, the spikes which were probably mostly adrenaline are not so high. It has had a large spreading effect even on my dreams. They don't seem as weird and catastrophic. I have had silly dreams and regular junk dreams where your dream is a collection of nonsensical items or events from your day. I think Freud (not a fan) called it a Rebus.

My dreams have sunshine, and moments of stillness.

I am still getting small aches here and there for a few seconds and they stop and go all over. But I can feel some internal calm or rather letting go on my part to be ok with whatevr sensation my body produces.

As Otis Redding says "I've got dreams to remember."
