Dr. Shubiner's video presentation was the most helpful information for me today. Hearing about TMS, even in a video has more of an impact than reading. Loved learning that this cycle can be broken. I have had less pain today thank I have for a long time, which gives me hope. I read somewhere that Dr. Sarno's lectures that he gave his patients are available on the TMSwiki, but I have not been able to discover the link. Could anyone help me out in finding Dr. Sarno's lectures? Wishing you all well in these challenges we are facing.
