    This short video lists the 12 Daily Reminders about TMS, where the pain comes from,
    why, and how to heal it. They come from Dr. Sarno in his book Healing Back Pain
    and are the basic steps to keep in mind for TMS healing.

    If you have his book, it's a good idea to refer to the list every day.
    If not, cut and past them and keep them on your desktop or print them out
    to take with you away from the computer.

    They reinforce his philosophy that our pain is not caused by anything structural,
    it comes from our repressed emotions that often go back to our childhood.
    They also may be caused by our personality if we are perfectionists
    or overdo wanting everyone to approve of and like us.

    I love this list Walt, and think it only takes a little over a minute to get them done at a time. I memorized them over time for sure. It seems like it takes a lot longer to really get these reminders in our noggin cause of all we have been conditioned too for sure.
    Like number 1 - knowing that the pain is tms and not a structural abnormality is enough to make most folks think ok, well that's enough -- he must be wrong.
    See its that belief that your right and you don't even give the thought a second chance. This is most defiantly the part that we have to recondition. All of those years hearing how it is structural and seeing the x-rays to back it up and all.
    This is where we have to look to read these reminders everyday till we believe them without doubt for sure so we can break those old beliefs systems and lock in on our healing.
