This short video lists the 12 Daily Reminders about TMS, where the pain comes from, why, and how to heal it. They come from Dr. Sarno in his book Healing Back Pain and are the basic steps to keep in mind for TMS healing. If you have his book, it's a good idea to refer to the list every day. If not, cut and past them and keep them on your desktop or print them out to take with you away from the computer. They reinforce his philosophy that our pain is not caused by anything structural, it comes from our repressed emotions that often go back to our childhood. They also may be caused by our personality if we are perfectionists or overdo wanting everyone to approve of and like us.
