DOUBT--->Sep

I'm having a doubt. I’ve been on a long break from the SEP — I didn’t follow it while on vacation, and once I got back, I was completely absorbed by work and had set it aside. I’ve occasionally read a bit of Dr. Sarno’s book.
Do you think I can pick it up from where I left off, or should I start over from the beginning?
Thanks to everyone

I took a break in the middle of the SEP and then just picked up where I left off. It's your perfectionist tendencies that want to do this program "right" and it's making you question how to jump back in. The only wrong way to do this program is if you don't do it at all!

Trying to do it perfect is just another strategy of the unconscious to keep you distracted. OCD and TMS are equivalents. They call OCD "The disease of doubt" and TMS is just OCD of the Body.

Don't think about it, just do it. The info is what gets you better, not getting an 'A' on your TMS paper.
