I have tendonitis in my left quad. Again.

This makes no sense because I have been doing very low volume workouts. There's literally no way I should have tendonitis.

Anyway, I was very frustrated (at myself) before and during the workout. I think this is what caused it.

Good insight. Keep exploring the frustration. Where is it coming from? When did it start? Self-criticism and frustration can often be traced to childhood programming like "I'm not good enough".
